SMS Banking is a convenient way for you to stay in touch with your finances anytime and anywhere, 24/7.
What is SMS Banking?
SMS Banking is a new FREE service for all members and enables you to request account balance information simply by sending an SMS to us. Send an SMS to First Option on 0428 768 430 for an immediate balance on any, or all of your accounts!
Access to SMS Banking
Firstly, you need to register for SMS Banking by logging on to Internet Banking, and selecting “SMS Banking” from the Preferences menu, or by calling our friendly staff on 1300 855 675. You will be asked to select a “nominated account”, which could be your main transactional account.
Once you register your mobile phone number, simply send the appropriate SMS Banking Code and you will receive an immediate reply, directly to your mobile phone. Examples of the SMS Banking Codes you can use are:
