Secure Email
While Members have lots of options when they need to communicate with their credit union, we are always looking for better ways. Therefore, we are introducing Secure Email. This is especially useful when you need to provide us with personal information, such as account numbers.
It is part of your Internet Banking service, so it is more secure than other forms of communication. Simply log in, go to “Preferences” and select the “Secure Email” option. Just type in your message and send it off. To view any replies from First Option, simply log back in at a later time.
