Making a claim
We understand how important it is to receive a fast, personal response to your claims. That’s why we have made the claims process as simple and stress-free as possible. To lodge a claim, call ACE Insurance on 1800 635 756. For 24 hour emergency assistance anywhere in the world call the local operator and ask for a reverse charge call to ACE Assistance on 61 2 8907 5666.
