First Option welcomes proposals from Members who would like us to consider their event or function for support or sponsorship. Please be aware that not all sponsorship proposals will be viable, as only a certain amount is set aside each year for sponsorship.
To ensure we give your proposal the right amount of attention please include the following in your proposal:
- Name, details and credentials of your organisation
- Description of the event or project
- Location and timing of the event or project
- A profile of the audience
- Details of other confirmed sponsors involved, including media partners
- Details of where First Option will receive exposure
- Level of sponsorship sought
- Sponsorship amount requested (Cash and/or in-kind)
- Details of any other sponsorship benefits that First Option would receive
- Expected participation/attendance/viewing numbers
