Changes to PhoneLink

 
Please note the following changes to our 24 hour Phone Banking service:
 
  • You can now activate your Redicard or Visa cards via PhoneLink – just select option 7 from the main menu 
  •  When transferring funds between selected accounts (option 4), you now need to press “1” to confirm the transaction instead of the # button.
