First Option always strives to treat Members fairly and reward Members that support their Credit Union. Therefore, we regularly review our fee structure to ensure it continues to reflect Members' changing needs and transactional behaviour.

From 1 July 2011, there are some changes that still allow you to enjoy fee free banking and also provide an incentive for you to adopt easier ways to access your money.

Information about these changes was sent to Members with May 2011 end-of-month statements.
